- If you were to visit the support forums for Gateway, Dell and
- Microsoft on CI$ or AOL you would find that they are full of the same
- type of complaints as you see here. You would see bitching about
- this, that and the other. Plus you would hear complaints about the
- level of support offered, how bad it is and how good it used to be.
- You'd see threats of class action suits, of complaints to the Attorney
- General of this state and that.
